The cozy cottage from 1923 is located in the first row overlooking Kalundborg Fjord. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

There are swimming opportunities from the swimming bridge and opportunities for coastal fishing, tennis, golf and to visit wine farmers.

It's smoke-free, pet-free, and is cleaned with allergy and eco-friendly, scent-free products. Cleaning, electricity, and water are included in the stay. Sejerø is a small island in the Kattegat with beautiful nature and a ferry connection to Havnsø.

The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. You can walk around Røsnæs, experience the historic lighthouse Røsnæs Fyr and visit the area's many wineries.

The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.
