Relax with your family in this peaceful mjöbäcksvilla with the most beautiful view of the sea towards Reersø. In the area there is a beach right by the house and a short distance to Mullerup Harbour with restaurant, kiosk and ice cream stand. You can also go to beautiful Reersø with the tailless cats. In the cottage there are two terraces that are covered and a large garden from where you can see the sea. There is room to sunbathe with a fresh summer drink, while you can hear the wind in the trees, the waves roaring and the kids playing in the garden.

The climate is warm and almost Sicilian. 200 meters from a child-friendly beach. 750 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches. Close to forest, playground and Odsherred's scenic protected area. Enjoy the most beautiful view along Ordrup Næs beach, with views of Sejrø, Nekselø, enchanting flowers and bird life. The headland was protected in 1896. No wood-burning stove. Annex on the property.

South facing terrace facing the sea side and sun area at the back of the house with morning sun. Approximately 200 meters to the pebble beach via path/staircase. Terrace to the south/east and to the south/west. 500 meters to sand/pebble beach. Nearest supermarket etc. - about 6 km (Asnæs/Ordrup). Ordrup has a ice cream shop and the farm shop with cafe latte and vegetables. There is internet (fiber) in the summerhouse.

Fantastic house in the 1st row, with 180-degree panoramic views of Kalundborg fjord. In the large garden, there is a wildfire pit, south and west-facing terraces and a lovely orangery. The house is secluded and scenic in Røsnæs' wild nature and is beautiful at all times of the year. Close to Kalundborg Golf Club and within walking distance of Dyrehøj Winery.
