We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

Overall, our tiny house is designed for sustainability: hot water and heat from solar energy. If you want to relax with other friends, you can rent the neighboring tiny house ;)

The entire apartment with its unique atmosphere is fully available. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The property is located almost alone (a direct neighbor) in Helmishofen on a quiet street surrounded by meadows and forests.
