Jörlanda is the nearest community (3 km) and it is 20 minutes by car to Kongahälla shopping center in Kungälv or Stenungsund. Swimming within a 10-minute walk. The house has 4 +1 beds and is fully equipped for short to slightly longer stays. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combi oven with microwave, stove. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the adjacent terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Parking next to the house.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Here you live with fantastic sea views near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

Beautiful swimming area with jetty and beach. Bed linens and towels are available to borrow at a cost of SEK 100. Maximum 4 (let me know if you need to borrow them) 10 minutes by car to public transport with good connections to Gothenburg and plenty of commuter parking spaces. 20 mins by car to kongahälla center and Stenungsundstorg.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
