Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Outside deck with possibility to eat outside in summer, access to traditional barbecue hut all year around. 2 parking places with access to engine heater.

The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar.
