Please read the entire text !!! This accommodation is located directly on the lake. Stylishly furnished. Up to 8 people over the age of 25 can relax here and enjoy the view of the lake. Large living room with dining area and open kitchen with a breakfast bar. The bathroom has a shower and a large whirlpool. House is 10 min by bike/25 min walk to the center of Nijmegen. Beautiful location on the Waal. Quiet neighbourhood with a lot of greenery. House is fully equipped: bedroom with double bed, bedroom and study with single bed, closet room (incl. an air bed), spacious attic with washing machine and sports facilities, bathroom with shower and bath, spacious kitchen and living room and two terraces. Furthermore, a private parking space with charging station.

Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with large garden with trampoline and covered seat. A water in a few minutes walk where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can come too! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking nearby. Zoo and war museum in 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping or visiting the old settlement town of Grave.

Charming holiday home in Holland

We fell in love with the Gelderland because it is beautiful there and the landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. In our beautiful garden you can relax beautifully, overlooking the pond with fountain. We really like long walks along the IJssel.... For shopping in Arnhem and Nijmewegen it is not far... we also like to try the numerous restaurants nearby..... it is also close to the nearest (very good) ice cream parlor on foot.

You stay in a former forge from +-1870 in a beautiful, historic and very quiet area. This "blacksmith" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious house. Ideal as a base for various natural or sports trips, or as your 'home away from home' when you temporarily need a second accommodation. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited rectory. Wonderfully quiet!
