The location is completely surrounded by nature, and therefore the atmosphere is calm and quiet. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails, as well as the historic Parenzana railway route. In the Quieto house you will experience unforgettable moments and enjoy amazing sunsets.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
