Vacation rentals with a patio in Kakovatos

Conforme à la description, l'appartement était propre avec un grand lit confortable. La terrasse est toute mignonne et le jardin inspire au calme. Hôte réactif. Nous y avons fait seulement une halte et n'avons pas profité du front de mer mais je recommande ce logement.

Μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι από το διαμέρισμα και κυρίως από το γεγονός ότι είναι φιλική με τα κατοικίδια κάτι που για μας είναι πολύ σημαντικό εφόσον ταξιδεύουμε με το σκυλάκι μας και συχνά αντιμετωπίζουμε δυσκολία στο να βρούμε κατάλυμα. Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και βρίσκαμε εύκολα πάρκινγκ. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Κα Αργυρώ για την ευγενική φιλοξενεία της !!

Der Aufenthalt bei Myrto war einer der schönsten, die ich bisher in Kalamata hatte. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig, was für mich besonders wichtig ist. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir der automatische Check-in. Dieser gab mir eine große Flexibilität bei der Anreise. Die Kommunikation war schnell und jederzeit möglich. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen und ich werde wiederkommen.

Το κατάλυμα ηταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με τα πόδια κυκλοφορησαμε στο κέντρο της πόλης, κοντά στα εμπορικά κ στη διασκέδαση. Υπηρχε παρκινγκ δίπλα μας, δεν ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε καθόλου. Ηταν αρκετα εξοπλισμένο, θα μπορούσε κ λίγο περισσότερο. Το διαμερισμα ηταν λιγο μικρότερο απο οτι το περιμενα, δεν ανοιγαν αρκετα οι μπαλκονοπορτες λογω κρεβατιου κ καναπε. Το μπαλκονι πολυ δροσερο κ ομορφο, οπως στις φωτογραφιες. Ο ιδιοκτητης πολυ εξυπηρετικος, τον καλεσα να διορθωσει μια βλαβη κ την επιδιορθωσε αυθημερον. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονη στο κέντρο αλλα κ για εξορμήσεις στον νομό Μεσσηνίας! Σιγουρα θα ξαναμεναμε!

περασαμε πραγματικά υπέροχα ! άνετο σπίτι με ισόγειο και εσωτερική σκάλα για έναν όροφο - υπνοδωμάτιο. ο μικρός μας γιος ξετρελαθηκε πραγματικά !

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο Elia House! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ περιποιημένο και ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες μοντέρνο και άνετο . Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για εξορμήσεις στην περιοχή και επιπλέον βρίσκεται δίπλα από την παραλία που είναι προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια και είναι όλο αμμουδιά. Εμείς επισκεφτήκαμε την παραλία, την Αρχαία Ολυμπία που είναι σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση, πήγαμε βόλτα στον Καϊάφα και απολαύσαμε τη φύση. Ακόμη, υπάρχουν αρκετά χωριά και ταβερνάκια για ωραίο φαγητό και χαλάρωση στην γύρω περιοχή. Η Georgia, η οικοδέσποινα, ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική καθώς ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Γενικά, ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε μιας και είναι μόλις 3 ώρες από την Αθήνα.Το προτείνουμε σε όποιον θέλει μια ήρεμη και όμορφη διαμονή στην Ηλεια και να επισκευθεί την Αρχαία Ολυμπία.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollen Blick über Olivenhaine auf die Bucht. Sehr gemütliche, saubere Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Gegend bietet tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeitrn. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

A picture speaks a thousand words but in this case one cannot what a beautiful place Nikos has created. From the austere location atop a hill with bounding olive trees as far as the eye can see, only to view the dramatic landscape surrounding. The property is pristine and seems thought out to the last detail. Nikos beautiful art and photos decorate the home and one feels posh and comfortable at the same time. Nikos was always available to help and checked in on telephone to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Rest assured you will enjoy this vacation home. Do recommend a rental car to be able to travel to the sea and the surrounding villages.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται στην καταχώρηση αλλά και όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με τα πάντα κυριολεκτικά. Το μόνο που χρειάζεσαι μαζί είναι τα ρούχα σου... Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Σε μικρή απόσταση από την Μαρίνα Καλαμάτας και το λιμάνι, κοντά σε πολλές επιλογές εστιατορίων/καφέ/καταστημάτων. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και συνεννόηση με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Πρόθυμες τόσο η κα Νίκη όσο και η μητέρα της να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να μείνει στην Καλαμάτα.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Kanela's House! It was perfect for a family stay. The route to the house, while not typical, was a charming walk. If you're not familiar with Dimitsana, take note that there are several areas in the town that you can park and walk from there. None of them are far.... maybe an extra 5 minutes walk to the street that takes you up to the house. Eleni, the host, always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

Julia супер хозяин ! Отдых превзошел все наши ожидания ! Дом даже лучше чем на фоторгафиях , в домике есть абсолютно все ! Что надо для отдыха и жизни. ! Джулия реагировала на все наши просьбы ! Все очень и очень понравилось !

Appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum waar veel leuke restaurantjes en barretjes zitten. Door de rolluiken in het appartement heb je niet in de gaten dat je zo dicht bij het centrum zit en kan je genieten van je nachtrust. Op vragen wordt zeer snel gereageerd en appartement was voor ons boven verwachting van wat je op de foto's ziet. We hebben genoten in Kalamata!

Εχω μείνει σε αυτό το κατάλυμα 2 φορές. Νομίζω ότι πλέον δε μπορώ να πάω άλλου ! Αυτή τη φορά είχαμε μαζί μας παιδί 1.5 έτους και ήταν πολύ καλό το γεγονός ότι ήμασταν μέσα στο κέντρο! Έβγαινες στο τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο δν έχει κάγκελα αλλά χτίστες κολωνες και ήξερες ότι το παιδί είναι ασφαλές, ενώ παράλληλα ήταν σα να βρίσκεσαι σε κάποιο από τα μαγαζιά. Το σπίτι δν είναι φορτωμένο οπότε δύσκολο να γίνει ζημιά κ η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για να ετοιμάζουμε το φαγητό της. Έχει λίγη φασαρία λόγω της κεντρικότητας του σημείου, αλλά μόλις κλείσεις τα αλουμίνια έχει απόλυτη ησυχία για ύπνο. Και επιπλέον μετά τις 12 κλείνουν σιγά σιγά τα μαγαζιά οπότε οκ.. το συστήνω για οικογένεια με κλειστά μάτια

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, diese haben uns die heißen Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der CheckIn war etwa mühsam: ich musste die Informationen selbst anfragen, als ich vor der Haustüre stand, und dann wollte mir die Firma ein Video senden, was nicht geklappt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock (barrierefrei) mit Blick und Balkon nach Osten auf die Berge, bzw. auch aufs Meer. Sie war extrem sauber geputzt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster - alles da! Der Eigentümer war uns zwischendurch wegen eines Problems mit dem WLAN behilflich, dieses soll nach unserem Auszug endgültig behoben werden.

This place is the best deal in Zacharo! It is well above what one would expect to find in terms of its location and comfort level. The apartment is SQUEAKY clean. All appliances, furniture, decorative items, bedding, etc. look and feel brand-new. You can tell this home was built and decorated by loving hands; everything down to the smallest detail has been considered by the host. The house is fully equipped for everything one needs to have not just a good stay, but a super comfortable stay (just a couple of examples --> a very good washing machine and new air conditioning units in every room!). The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one would want to have. The fridge had some welcoming presents: juices, beers, ouzo, wine, cold water; we also had coffee in the pantry. The outside space is very cozy and has romantic lighting at night; it has a great view of the town's church and red roofs of neighboring houses. The condominiums face a nice green lawn (a rarity in Greece!) and a beautiful olive tree garden. The space is beautifully decorated with planted flowers. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the house offers privacy despite being located very close to the center of Zacharo (5-minute walk to a great bakery and sweets shop Gourgoulis). The hosts are very friendly, warm, and kind. We had fun talking with the entire family. We will be glad to return to this home again and again, and encourage all of our friends and people looking at this listing to stay at Paul's place. P.S. There is also a covered garage space (not mentioned in the description); and the territory is gated at night.

Very large flat with private gated parking area. Very comfortable for our family. Amazing decks around the perimeter with laundry lines which made laundry a breeze. Great value.

Our stay at Stavriani’s place was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed! Stavriani was very responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσια για μετακινησεις με τα πόδια, δίπλα στο πάρκο και σε πολύ μικρη απόσταση απο την παραλια και το κέντρο.Ο χώρος ήταν τακτοποιημένος και καθαρός. Εξαιρετικος ο Νικος στην επικοινωνία. Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία
