Sleepout with 2 rooms and adjoining bathroom

Sleepout on our property. Completely separate from the house so you will have your own space. Bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe. Seperate living room with couch, smart TV and stereo. Also small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster and microwave. Adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. There are steps up to the deck of the sleepout so it is not accessible friendly. We have a small dog who may bark at you, while wagging his tail. We need you to ensure gate is shut.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern cottage. A walking distance from Woodend Beach (2.8km down the Jill Creamer trail) and a short drive to all the conveniences you may need, this quiet and well appointed cottage makes the perfect vacation place. Hosts live on site so are just a phone call away when needed however the cottage is completely private and separated from the main residence. Help yourself to apples and peaches when in season as well as eggs from the free range chickens.
