Monthly Rentals in Kailua-Kona

Kelly and Zain's place was perfect for the third leg of our multi week trip. The location was central for what we needed, parking was easy, and host was very responsive to all questions. Being able to do laundry was great for us. We loved the ability to sit outside on the balcony. Bed was super comfortable and allowed us a great night's sleep.

We had a great stay! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and a convenient drive to all areas. Everything we needed for our trip. We would definitely stay again.

Best unit I’ve stayed in at Kona Plaza, a place I love because of its proximity to the pier and to a ton of restaurants and because of its large units. Not only is Liz super-responsive, but her place goes above and beyond with extra touches that we greatly appreciated (lots of welcome goodies, a fully stocked bathroom and kitchen, a screened-in lanai to keep the bugs away, extra towels and pillows, blinds that actually work — a surprising rarity in Kona); I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful hosts! Very responsive and had a wonderful space for us to enjoy! the chairs, snorkel gear and everything a person would need was awesome. 10/10 would recommend!
