Walk across the street to sand beach, restaurants and shops! Pool, hot tub and BBQ are the shared areas. Minimal cooking. Full size refrigerator for cool drinks and leftovers from all the great restaurants you can walk to. Best location possible! Pest control 1st Thurs. Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct.
