Mr. Serdal answered my questions very quickly, I encountered everything in the photos, it is a very affordable place for its price. I think you can choose it for short stays for its air conditioning, hot water, cleanliness, internet and most importantly the host.

He was nice even if we don’t met him he was always there to help and send someone to help

In general, it was very nice, a few elements could have been better. The shower head of the bathroom was leaking, there was detergent but no softener, there was a tablet of dishwashing detergent, the hair dryer was making noise and broke during the stay. It would be nice to have basic cooking ingredients in the kitchen; oil, spices, etc. But these are minor details. The atmosphere, cleanliness and terrace in the house were very nice. In summary, you can choose with peace of mind.

It was a huge advantage to have its own parking lot in the center of Kağıthane, everything was as seen in the picture

I stayed in this apartment for a couple of days and was really pleased with the experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to public transport and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. Although the apartment is small, it has everything you need — very thoughtfully equipped. The value for money is outstanding! If you're in Istanbul to explore the city, this is a perfect base — just note that it's ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The host is fantastic — very responsive, polite, and helpful. The location of the house was very central and beautiful. The house was sparkling clean, the bathroom was sparkling. We also had everything we needed in the kitchen. It's just that there can be a little noise because the location is very central. It can be taken into account for those who are sensitive to sleep.

The apartment was amazing – clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. It wasn’t too far from the main attractions I wanted to see, which made getting around really easy. Everything I needed was provided, and the place felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again!

A very respectful gentleman, always available to support, responsive and friendly. Tried to help us left, right and center. Was very understanding and accommodating as we had a kid with special needs and had appointments in the hospital nearby. The place is well equipped and looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Emin’s flat for a week. His place is clean, comfortable, quiet area, cozy and warm at this time of year. He is very kind and responsive. We’re really enjoyed and wish him all the best

The apartment was so beautiful and very well equipped.Its location is very close to public transportation and there are many shops , supermarkets, restaurants and shisha cafes nearby. The host and building manager were very very helpful and friendly. Finally this surely won’t be our last time staying at this apartment as we fell in love with it❤️

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is truly fantastic – everything we wanted to see was easily accessible. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and offered a good amount of space. The hos was a standout, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

All the previous reviews about this apartment were correct. I was also very satisfied with my stay in this complex. Most importantly, when the city's electricity was cut off for a moment, the emergency power system worked and we had electricity. Overall, excellent and recommended to everyone.

we chose this property because we knew the area. Can was great. we needed more plates and other things and it was sent immediately. bedding could possibly do with updating. overall, good all rounders. thank you Can.

Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.
