Nice little guest house close to beautiful nature and lake

Come and enjoy the nature with the family in our cozy little guest house. In the garden, there are chickens and rabbits. Good for families with children as there are swings and sandbox. Close to the lake where you can swim and nature reserve with beautiful nature. However, it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring a bike, it takes 35 min to city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five sleeping places (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

Beautiful surroundings with Hågadalens nature reserve, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen and Vårdsätra boardwalk at a convenient distance. During the summer months, the area is superb for those who want to get out in nature per foot or cycling. In winter, you have good opportunities for skiing on the length and alpine skiing in Sunnerstabacken and ice skating on the lake. We live in the main house.

Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. All necessary service is available in the direct vicinity of the dwelling. Here you live in the heart of Uppsala and our aim is for guests to feel like home in a home where nothing is missing. There is plenty of parkings in the area for car-borne guests, fee is paid via app in the phone.

Hall with private exit to stairwell. In the hallway there is also a locked soundproofed door to the rest of the apartment where I live. Sommarro is a 15 minute bike path from the city center. Several bus lines stop nearby. Nearby are restaurants and grocery stores. The urban forest invites for walks in nature.
