We were more than satisfied. The listing is as described. Even small things were available such as kitchen (spices), in the bathroom (everything you need in addition such as shower room, shampoo) and very special, we found, bite fruit, sweets and surprise in the fridge. Which we don't take for granted. If we are around again, we will definitely check in again. Thank you very much.

It was a very nice stay in the vacation home. In particular, our daughter liked the proximity to the horses and that she was allowed to pet and even feed them at any time. Angi was very nice and warm.

Wonderful house in peace and beautiful nature. Everybody comes to sit in their own corner and then we just lost each other. Being Anna and Max very welcoming and sweet. This will make you feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely pampering will complete it all.

Perfect Villa, quiet, relaxing with all amenities, great and spacious, with a fantastic kitchen and great back yard where to relax. Highly Recommended!

A wonderfully quiet place, where there is plenty of space for you and who you are there. Extremely nice host, tells a lot about the house and if you want to do about the area also what to do. Together with my husband we spent 2 nights here. Definitely a place to remember.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely great – located a little outside the city, so quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The public transport connection is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would stay here again anytime!

My stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location was great, and check-in went smoothly. The host was very friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The four of us spent three beautiful days here with the dog. The house was perfect for us and we also liked it very much with its special design of the living levels. Only the mixed weather prevented longer stays on the terrace with adjoining garden (including fig tree and herb bushes). But even the view from the bright living and dining room into the green garden was beautiful. The house is very well maintained and is located in a quiet residential street with single-family houses. Burkhardt is a friendly and helpful landlord.

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

Great, central place with good connections and good communication with the host

Staying with Barbara and Frank was really great. We felt very comfortable, had everything we needed and recovered well. Thank you for the hospitality. The apartment was really great. The garden is so well maintained and a great environment for walking and jogging.

This place is the perfect getaway for a peaceful time surrounded by nature. Situated by a forest and fields it is perfect for long walks and quiet days. The dogs and I loved it. Markus and Carina are great hosts, very responsive and easy to talk to. The place is simple, yet cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time. Thank you for hosting us!

Definitely recommended. Beautiful, new apartment equipped with every comfort (no microwave unfortunately, but a luxury (steam)oven). If you want to use the sofa bed, bring an eye patch. Location is very good. We'll be back there in a minute!

We felt very comfortable with Patricia and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls very easy!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment weekend! The place was gorgeous, extremely clean, and had a luxurious feel. Our dog loved the plates and toys provided for him, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We also enjoyed spending our evenings in the lovely lounge area with comfortable garden furniture. The town around was calm and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped and ideally suited as a starting point for activities by car. It is located in a commercial area with corresponding direct surroundings and commercial activity during the week. It was ideally suited for us.

From the beginning, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome here. The apartment is not only clean, modern and very well equipped, but also furnished with so much attention to detail that we immediately felt like we were arriving in a real home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bed is super comfortable, and the cozy atmosphere has always welcomed us after long days. Rani and Steffen were extremely accommodating, helpful and quickly accessible throughout our stay – whether for small questions or support. The location of the apartment is also ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with shopping, cafes and public transport in the immediate vicinity. We will miss the apartment very much! Thank you!!

'Everybody's home away from home' I had a really wonderful and just perfect stay!! The hosts are so warm and kind, hospitable, facilitating and really go out of their way to make your stay as good as it can be. The appartement has everything you need and more, the garden is beautiful and offers peace, lots to look at it: relax and enjoy!! I highly recommend staying here, best stay I ever had!!

Check-in was great, the key was ready, which I personally always prefer. We felt very comfortable. Communication was flawless and possible at any time. With a dog, everything was no problem, even that he once barked, there was none and there is a large hallway for walking. Parking is right in front of the house, only the entrance and exit is a little tricky for people who are not used to it the first time. Otherwise, you can also mention for those who do not check on Google Maps beforehand that the property is located on a main country road. That means traffic and even roaming cars at night. Those who are sensitive should take earplugs with them. Otherwise, it is very quiet and relaxed. The property is also big enough for 3 people and a medium sized dog. There is a sofa and a double bed to sleep. And otherwise also roughly everything you need, if not you can write with Vivian and Julian at any time.

Great accommodation, everything clean. The only downside is the staircase to the apartment. Pretty steep and narrow. Everything else is great.
