In the attic there are two large separate bedrooms with double beds. For families with baby, we are happy to provide a travel cot for free. The accommodation is currently being decorated and the interior renewed so you have a nice stay. The apartment has Wi-Fi. In just a few minutes there are all the shops for daily needs (REWE, landmakers / bakery, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc.). The bathing lake ("Kaarster See") with two beaches is nearby (5min by car, 25min walk) and in the summer the perfect place to relax. The district of Kaarst Vorst is quite - compared to Kaarst - without the aircraft noise.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The apartment has a size of about 45 square meters and is fully furnished. It consists of a large living area, a kitchen with dining table, a shower toilet and a separate sleeping area. The layout is designed for 2 people, but there is also space for families with up to 2 children (by arrangement).
