Woubrugge Logies - Private Chalet in The Green Heart

This cosy, private chalet is perfectly located in The Green Heart of The Netherlands. By car only half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or the beaches. Woubrugge itself is a lovely small town along a characteristic canal that ends up in lake Braassemermeer. Sail, surf, swim, rent a motorboat, explore the beautiful surroundings by biking or hiking or relax in the garden. The chalet is a studio (40m2); comfortable for 2 persons. As the sofa bed can be transformed to a double bed the chalet is also suitable for young families or a group of friends. The chalet has one room (studio: 40m2) with a private bathroom. There is a double bed (size 210 x 160 cm) and a sofabed (size 200 x 140 cm). In the studio you will find a tv, a table with 4 chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster and a coffee-machine (coffee, tea and Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) are included in the price). A microwave for the guests is in the barn, next to the chalet. In this barn guests may park also their (rental) bikes or a pram. There is enough space for 4 persons, but do realize that you share the same room. The chalet is facing South, so you can enjoy the sun all day. And if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can sit under the large parasol. You will also find a cosy veranda to relax on and a lawn with fruit trees. Guests may use the chairs in front of the house on the riverside quay where you can sit, relax, have a drink and enjoy the spectacle of boats passing by. The chalet offers complete privacy. However, if you have any question or special wishes, we are most of the time in the neighbourhood or we can be reached by telephone. We love to help our guests and have a chat with them, if they like. Woubrugge is a small town half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, and beaches. Follow the canal to The Braassemermeer, a lake which offers sailing, canoeing, and swimming. Bike, hike, and rent a motorboat to explore further afield. If you come by car: there are enough public parkingplaces near to the chalet. (for free). Public transport: Woubrugge can easily be reached by bus from Leiden Central Station. But also from Amsterdam / Schiphol Airport there is a good connection by train/speedbus. Woubrugge is part of several beautiful hiking and biking routes, so for hikers and bikers Woubrugge is a perfect place for a stay over night or for a longer period. - Smoking is not allowed in the chalet! There are games and on request we can prepare boxes with various toys for children aged 2-12. On the riverside quay you find a fine bakery. Apart from buying fresh bread and rolls there, you can have a coffee and pastries on the terrace overlooking the canal. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant Disgenoten. Also this restaurant has a beautiful terrace on the waterside.

Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

The polder cottage is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Randstad. It is recently renovated and has all the comforts. The wifi works excellently in all area. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). Wonderful stay with cities, lake, sea and city

Very central at Keukenhof, Noordwijk (10min) Amsterdam (25 min) Leiden (15 min) and The Hague (25 min). Spacious and bright apartment with private patio/terrace, adjacent to the beautiful garden, in which is also the pool that you can use (not private use). The well equipped kitchen and living room and separate spacious bedroom and bathroom are full of comforts. Private entrance (from the outside of the house). The Jacuzzi can only be used by you. Parking on private property.

Roelofarendsveen is one of the largest village centers in the municipality of Kaag and Braassem. This is a polder-rich area, originally a horticultural area, located on the Braassemermeer. There are many possibilities for hiking and cycling. Routes in guesthouse folder. Parking is free in front of the door. We have bikes for the guests, in principle free of charge, but if you use them frequently, a contribution for maintenance is welcome.

A lovely cottage in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: you sit quietly, but are still in several nice cities. The cottage is nicely maintained, tidy and equipped with every comfort. There are also toys available, which makes it extra nice for families with children. Communication with the host went smoothly and everything was arranged very flexibly. Just pay attention to the stairs when you come with small children. In short: a well-kept, cozy accommodation that we definitely recommend

Pretty and very quiet country location, yet an easy drive to places such as Kinderdyke, Delft, Amsterdam, Leiden and the Louwman Museum. As two couples we appreciated having 2 full bathrooms and the spacious living room.

The interior of the Eco Camping Pod is characterized by wooden walls and natural light coming through the open door. A small kitchen area is visible, along with a cozy seating arrangement. An outdoor view of greenery and pathways is framed by the entrance.

The tiny house is very nice and comfy. It's located in a wide camping. The shared bathroom and toilets are clean. Managers are nice and helpful. There is a possibility to rent bikes. The place is very quiet and have nice surroundings (canal, fields) and it's located around 12 km from the seashore and from Leiden. Only little source of noise are the planes that pass in the sky regularly. There is a train station at 3 km (Sassenheim).

A modern chalet is set amidst greenery, showcasing a combination of wooden and dark stone exteriors. Large windows allow ample natural light, while a spacious terrace features outdoor seating. Lush grass surrounds the property, enhancing the serene setting.

We loved staying at Robbert's! The houseboat exceeded our expectations, it was very modern and nicely decorated and perfectly equipped for an extended weekend. Check-in and check-out were super organized and above all we liked the easy communication. In addition, during our stay, the owner came by to check on things in strong winds and rain. We would love to come back soon!!

Odette and her space were fantastic! She truly went above and beyond. Every little detail was thought of- from welcome drinks and treats, to farewell goodies.
