Woubrugge Logies - Private Chalet in The Green Heart

This cosy, private chalet is perfectly located in The Green Heart of The Netherlands. By car only half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or the beaches. Woubrugge itself is a lovely small town along a characteristic canal that ends up in lake Braassemermeer. Sail, surf, swim, rent a motorboat, explore the beautiful surroundings by biking or hiking or relax in the garden. The chalet is a studio (40m2); comfortable for 2 persons. As the sofa bed can be transformed to a double bed the chalet is also suitable for young families or a group of friends. The chalet has one room (studio: 40m2) with a private bathroom. There is a double bed (size 210 x 160 cm) and a sofabed (size 200 x 140 cm). In the studio you will find a tv, a table with 4 chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster and a coffee-machine (coffee, tea and Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) are included in the price). A microwave for the guests is in the barn, next to the chalet. In this barn guests may park also their (rental) bikes or a pram. There is enough space for 4 persons, but do realize that you share the same room. The chalet is facing South, so you can enjoy the sun all day. And if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can sit under the large parasol. You will also find a cosy veranda to relax on and a lawn with fruit trees. Guests may use the chairs in front of the house on the riverside quay where you can sit, relax, have a drink and enjoy the spectacle of boats passing by. The chalet offers complete privacy. However, if you have any question or special wishes, we are most of the time in the neighbourhood or we can be reached by telephone. We love to help our guests and have a chat with them, if they like. Woubrugge is a small town half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, and beaches. Follow the canal to The Braassemermeer, a lake which offers sailing, canoeing, and swimming. Bike, hike, and rent a motorboat to explore further afield. If you come by car: there are enough public parkingplaces near to the chalet. (for free). Public transport: Woubrugge can easily be reached by bus from Leiden Central Station. But also from Amsterdam / Schiphol Airport there is a good connection by train/speedbus. Woubrugge is part of several beautiful hiking and biking routes, so for hikers and bikers Woubrugge is a perfect place for a stay over night or for a longer period. - Smoking is not allowed in the chalet! There are games and on request we can prepare boxes with various toys for children aged 2-12. On the riverside quay you find a fine bakery. Apart from buying fresh bread and rolls there, you can have a coffee and pastries on the terrace overlooking the canal. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant Disgenoten. Also this restaurant has a beautiful terrace on the waterside.

Swimming, paddle boarding and boating on the Kagerplassen and enjoy the water-rich environment from this sustainable, new and luxurious wooden tiny house. Fully equipped including air conditioning and egg BBQ. Centrally located in the polder on the water, near the beach in Noordwijk (9 km), the kitchen courtyard (25 minutes)and cities such as Amsterdam (20 minutes), The Hague (20 minutes) and Leiden (10 minutes) are close by. Fantastic view over the lake, luxury lodge!

Come and enjoy this beautiful ground floor lodge located at the Braassemermeer in Rijnsaterwoude. Wonderful wine with a view over the lake from the jacuzzi in the garden or are you going to paddle over the lake with the sunset? It is close to the dune and bulb region, but is also very central to number of cities. Amsterdam is 20 mins drive, including Haarlem and Leiden. Very central at Keukenhof, Noordwijk (10min) Amsterdam (25 min) Leiden (15 min) and The Hague (25 min). Spacious and bright apartment with private patio/terrace, adjacent to the beautiful garden, in which is also the pool that you can use (not private use). The well equipped kitchen and living room and separate spacious bedroom and bathroom are full of comforts. Private entrance (from the outside of the house). The Jacuzzi can only be used by you. Holiday bungalow near the Kagerplassen

The bungalow is located on a private park, in the middle of the meadows, just outside Leiden. From the park there are several hiking and cycling routes through the meadows along mills and water. North Sea beach Katwijk in 20 minutes. The Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Delft, Gouda are a 30-minute drive away. The marina connects to the water sports area Kagerplassen. Guests can use our 2-person canoe ride. Sailing and motorboats are available for rent in the area.

Polder Attic for 2, 3rd pers for an extra fee

Roelofarendsveen is one of the largest village centers in the municipality of Kaag and Braassem. This is a polder-rich area, originally a horticultural area, located on the Braassemermeer. There are many possibilities for hiking and cycling. Routes in guesthouse folder. Parking is free in front of the door. We have bikes for the guests, in principle free of charge, but if you use them frequently, a contribution for maintenance is welcome.

Echt op het platteland maar wel 20 km van Amsterdam en 8 km van Leiden.
