Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Absolutely beautiful studio - exactly as described! Tuuli was very fast at replying, and getting into the property was very straightforward with photos too (to make it even easier). A bonus too is that the studio is a 25 minute walk from the train station! I highly recommend and will definitely rebook if I’m ever in Jyväskylä again ☺️

We had a great time staying at Milon's apartment in Jyväskylä. The location at Lutakko was excellent, being so close to the lake and to the city centre. The apartment is modern and spacious, and was very comfortable for our family. All the facilities were excellent, especially the kitchen and the sauna.

A balcony area is furnished with two dark wicker armchairs and a small table. A potted plant is positioned on the table, and sunlight filters through the glass railing, creating a bright and open feel. The view includes nearby buildings and a street below.

Mökki on uusi, viihtyisä ja tilava. Kaikki toimi hyvin. Vieraat oli huomioitu hyvin. Mökissä oli valmiiksi käsipyyhkeet, vessa- ja talouspaperi, suolaa, pippuri, suodatinpaperia ym. tarpeellista, joka saattaa helposti unohtua vierailijalta. Ruoanlaittovälineet olivat laadukkaat poiketen siltä osin monesta airbnb-kohteesta. Terttu oli viestinnässään hyvin huomaavainen ja vieraanvarainen. Mökki on metsän keskellä, joten perheen koirat saattoivat rentoutua sillä aikaa kun olimme rinteessä. Voin ehdottomasti suositella tätä mökkiä erittäin viihtyisenä ja hyvin varusteltuna rauhallisella paikalla! Terttu hoiti majoittana oman osuutensa hienosti ja kaikki oli vaivatonta!

Ihana, valoisa talo rauhallisella sijainnilla, jossa erittäin mukavaa lomailla koirien kanssa. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki välineet ruoanlaittoon, tosin juustohöylää ei löytynyt. Iso lasitettu terassi tuo lisää tilaa tarvittaessa ja on varmasti kesällä ihana lisähuone. Saunassa oli hyvät löylyt ja sielläkin tilaa oli reilusti. Talo oli paikoittain hieman likainen ja sotkuinen, se ei sinänsä haitannut, mutta siisteys olisi tietysti plussaa. Isolla pihalla koirilla kivasti tilaa leikkiä ja suoraan pihasta pääsee metsään. Koirille oli myös sisällä, että pihalla leluja runsain mitoin ja keittiöstä löytyi vesikuppi ja portaiden alta peti.

Stayed at a lot of airbnbs. Kim is up there as the best host I have had. Very helpful, very friendly and welcoming. He helped us rent a car. The place itself is beautiful and a very relaxing place to stay. Natural swimming pond and sauna , perfect for our stay in Jyvaskyla
