Special thanks for the flexibility in checking in. The bed and bedding were comfortable and you slept well! The house and the neighborhood were peaceful. The overall look was neat, but a little dust here and there, in a cozy way:) Thank you and have a sunny summer!

The apartment is in a great location on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The view from the apartment is wonderful! For at least one person, the size of the apartment is perfect and the sauna is a great plus. The apartment is well-equipped in every way. Henna answered the questions quickly. So thank you very much for this accommodation opportunity!

Pert's place was exactly as described. The apartment is in a cozy area and the apartment itself is peaceful and clean. It's easy to get to by car, and there's a parking spot in the yard. Pertti was responsive and greeted with keys. Communication was straightforward. I definitely recommend Pert's place 👍

Brand new 1-bedroom apartment + sauna near center

Repeatedly staying here, the praise begins to run out, on the other hand, this time I came voluntarily to vacation for a couple of days largely due to the high quality of the previous stay. The last couple of times, there had been changes to their own plans, to which Santtu reacted immediately, even remotely, because no host has reacted locally. These things want to go hand in hand: the host conveys the level of service and it is visible both in the communication and in the quality of the stay. The best price-quality/ratio and time is hard to imagine that this could be better.

A modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass partition and a rainfall showerhead. A washing machine is positioned beside a sleek vanity with a mirror above, while a toilet is located on the opposite side. Towels are neatly hung on the wall.

City home in the center of Jyväskylä

I spent a month in Jyväskylä for work along with my wife and two very young children. The apartment is in an excellent location just a five minute walk from the town's main thoroughfare and less than 15 minutes from the railway station. Mika is an excellent host and was extremely helpful in terms of preparing the apartment for the kids ( he had brought in a travel cot and small mattress). There was a problem with the fridge at some point and he had it fixed within a couple of hours after we notified him. Highly recommended for both short and longer term stays.

A modern television is mounted on a sleek wooden stand. The screen displays lyrics from the song 'Jamming' by Bob Marley, with a vibrant background. A subtle, neutral color palette enhances the room's atmosphere.

Seppo was a really good host, very friendly and flexible. Everything went smoothly and easily. Expectations for the apartment were exceeded and the location is the best. The apartment was clean and the beds were good to sleep in. We also found coffee in the kitchen cabinet, which we were very happy about. 👍 The instructions were clear and sufficient. I can only recommend this place, and I will continue to rent if necessary 😊

We spent 3 nights in Janne's cottage and stayed very satisfied. Communication easy and fast, all questions and concerns were well resolved. A late check-in worked smoothly, in the house was all you need. Great surroundings, shopping and ski slopes are within walking distance or a 3-minute drive away. In the evening you could relax in the sauna and/or hot tube outside with a view of the lake, it was really great evenings after skiing! We will be happy to come back!

A comfortable reception, a welcome feeling. Immediately after the reception, we got our own space and felt like we were at home. The home was clean and cozy, I liked it when I saw the resident's own personality.

The apartment was clean, quiet and the square meters were smart. Clean white sheets and a good bed made a hotel-like feeling and I slept well. Mikael responded quickly to messages and communication was effortless! The jogging routes were right next to Jyväsjärvi and the apartment is also a short walk to the center, I recommend it.
