Kesällä 2024 valmistunut tasokas kaksio Jyväskylän ydinkeskustassa uudessa kaupungin maamerkissä Puistolan Tornissa. Kävelykatu ravintoloineen ja ostosmahdollisuuksineen alkaa kadun toiselta puolelta ja (mm. ruokakauppa). Muutamassa minuutissa kävelet virkistäytymään Tourujoen luontopolulle. Asunto on hyvin varusteltu ja kauniisti kalustettu. Oma autopaikka ja sauna, lattiaviilennys ja aurinkoinen lasitettu parveke viidennen kerroksen kaupunkinäkymin. Mitä useamman yön varaat sitä suurempi ale!
