The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. The house has a private courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor kitchen. The guest house is completely separate from the main house and is not connected to the other residents.

Around the house, there are terraces with a sauna barrel, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and pizza oven, fireplace and shelter. This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Oldes Hytte

On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.

Non-smoking house, and no pets. Bring your own: Linens, sheets (beds 2* 140 cm + 2*90cm), towels and tea towels. The rent includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Any consumption beyond that will be charged separately at 3.00 DKK per kWh and settled upon departur
