Centrally located in the Wadden Sea National Park, designated as a Dark Sky area. The house is nicely sheltered from the west wind, just behind the dune. 200 meters to the beach, where there are plenty of opportunities for crab fishing, chasing seagulls, or swimming. The house's garden is a pure oasis, with a rich wildlife. Here, there is space to enjoy coffee or relax under the trees in the garden. Maybe the hare or the pheasant will come by. Don't miss the beautiful sunset from the top of Klitten, about 50 meters up. Mandø has a small grocery store.

From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.
