A beautiful house in an oasis of peace, not far from the sea and the beach, 5 minutes from Opatija and 10 minutes from Rijeka. A house with a swimming pool, sauna, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, and a large tavern. The space is located within a large family house, but the apartment and all the amenities in the pictures are available only to guests. The apartment is private with its own terrace; the pool and other activities are shared between the two apartments. If you want to make a reservation for 6 people, it's possible to book both apartments at a reasonable price.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.
