The space approx. 38 m², suitable for 2 (max. 3 people – by arrangement), Bed is 200 x 200 cm, couch is pull-out, Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard, balcony to the rear courtyard, short-term parking is possible in front of the house.

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

We are pleased that you are interested in our beautiful 68 m² apartment. The apartment is very central, so that you can reach the city center in 15 minutes on foot. Nearby is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2-2.5 hours with a nice walk in nature. Beautiful old town apartment in the pedestrian area of Wismar

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and stretches over 2 levels. The box spring bed is then located above the open living area in the converted roof. The cozy apartment is designed for two people, in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. In total, the size is 34m2. The market is 3-5 minutes walk and the port 15-20 minutes walk. On the Italian gastronomy in the house 30% discount.

Modern studio in the heart of the historic old town

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you are very quickly at the harbor and in the shopping mile. Bicycles can be parked in the small yard. Next year we want to renovate the farm. Parking in front of the house with a fee, to unload ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces. One with fees and one without.

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)

My accommodation is in the middle of the historical center, the park and the "nightlife" is within walking distance. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.

Small, lovingly restored studio- apartment near the old harbour( ca. 20m²). Train station bus terminal and a big parking site are a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located in a small lane between Old Harbour and Nicolai Church. With a double bed, small kitchen, fridge and bathroom it´s perfect for a vacation for couples.
