Monthly Rentals in Junction City

This home is lovely all seasons. We stayed in January and enjoyed the cozy warmth inside and just stayed in June and went rafting on the Trinity River. This is for people that enjoy privacy and the outdoors. It’s fairly remote with little in the way of shopping or restaurants, but it’s only about ten miles to Weaverville. Very clean and spacious!

We love Jessica and Jim’s place! This is the perfect location to walk to old town Weaverville, the brewery, and to explore the many trails! It’s very peaceful and has everything we needed for a two-night stay. Jessica and Jim were very responsive and helpful when we couldn’t tune in to Netflix…they came right over. This is our 2nd time staying and we hope to stay many more times!

Great place to stay! Place is very well kept. Great hosts who helped me out of a couple of jams. Hope to come back soon.

Had a great stay! Our only regret is that we only spent one night. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the nearby town is very quaint. You could easily spend a week here and have something new to do everyday. The guesthouse itself was very cute and cozy, with great views. We had the best night’s sleep and were sad to leave the next morning! Highly recommend.
