I stayed in this apartment and it was a special experience by all standards! The apartment is very clean, tidy, and has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay, just like at home. The staff are very respectful and cooperative, quick to respond to requests in a sophisticated and professional manner. I would like to thank the employee Mehyar, who was extremely cooperative, always smiling, and helped me with all professionalism and courtesy. His presence added a distinctive character to my experience, and he was keen on my comfort from the moment of arrival until departure. The location is ideal, as everything you need is close to you; restaurants, shops, and transportation. I highly recommend staying here, and it will definitely be my first choice when I visit Dubai next time.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures — modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The host was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment is very well located and well furnished. The rooms are pleasantly cool and the sleep is great. The beach is a short walk away and the grocery store is right around the corner from the building. Maria was very helpful and her response time is admirable. We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and during that time the cleaner came to clean once for free. I definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Owais’ place! The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and the space was very comfortable and clean. Owais was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if I had any questions. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

My hosts were definitely super hosts. They thought of all then possible needs of whoever would stay at their place. The place itself was well kept and was just perfect for me. I would highly recommend the host and apartment.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.
