We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Shai’s place (Reem Townhouse). From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Wir hatten das Appartment als 5 Köpfige Familie gebucht. Unsere Vorstellung wurde übertroffen. Die Lage des Appartement ist perfekt. Direkt am Yachthafen gibt es einige schöne Locations zum Essen und auch der Lebensmittelmarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuß sind es 5 min zur Metro. Von hier kann man einfach und günstig zum Burj Khalifa und zur dazugehörigen Mall fahren. Der Infinity Pool ist ein Traum. Das Wasser ist angenehm kühl, hier kann man ebenfalls günstig essen und trinken. Pizza Margarita 13€ und Bier 3€. Die Kinder haben auf der Ausziehbaren Coach geschlafen und die Eltern im Kingsize Bett. Für unseren kleinsten 9 Monate hatten wir Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte schnell und präzise auch ein früheres Einchecken war möglich, vielen Dank an dieser Stelle 🙏🏼. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, als ob es unser eigenes Zuhause wäre. Wir wollten auch garnicht mehr gehen. Wir waren zuvor in einem anderen Apartment, hatten also den Vergleich. DANKE

Everything we needed was in the house. Not bad hairdryer better than in most accommodation, washing machine that does not leak unlike the two previous apartments, everything corresponds to the description, the disadvantage is that it is very loud to hear the mosque in 4 am, adapters for European charging worked only in one place.

I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The apartment is well-finished, spacious, and has high ceilings, which makes it feel even more comfortable. The building itself is in great condition, and there’s even a market downstairs, which is super convenient. If you have a car, the location is definitely worth it. Overall, highly recommended!

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è semplicemente meraviglioso, con una vista mozzafiato sui grattacieli di Dubai che ci ha lasciati senza parole. La posizione è eccezionale: a due passi da Dubai Marina, perfetta per vivere al meglio la città. Il palazzo offre servizi di altissimo livello, tra cui una piscina enorme e una palestra attrezzata, che abbiamo utilizzato con grande piacere. Un ringraziamento speciale a Schahin per la sua disponibilità e per tutte le indicazioni utili: ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più semplice e piacevole. Spero davvero di trovare disponibilità per il mio prossimo viaggio a Dubai! Consigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Almira was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. A bit noisy because of the busy roads but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely a must stay place.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!
