Alles war perfekt. Es gab keine Probleme und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Er fragte nach allem, was wir wollten und tat sein Bestes, um uns zu helfen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Bay Central ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de la plage, de la marina et des supermarchés. La vue depuis le logement est tout simplement exceptionnelle, un vrai plaisir chaque jour. L’appartement est propre, confortable et fidèle à l’annonce. Un grand merci à Nina, l’hôte, pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité. Je recommande vivement !

My stay was truly magical, the apartment was everything I expected + more. Truly a tranquil yet uplifting environment. I can really see the time and attention to detail that’s gone into this master piece of an apartment. I will certainly be staying again!

Excellent property and communication. The view of Ain Dubai is unbeatable. The location is centrally in JBR and so convenient to walk around everywhere. There is a supermarket and pharmacy right downstairs. The apartment is huge and clean and the host was very communicative and attended to our every need. They provided all what we needed for our short stay and plenty of towels! We enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay more. Definitely coming back to this property. Thank you.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

This place was beautiful but I think it's new to Airbnb. The stove didn't work, the TV were not set up athey didn't have shower curtains or floor towels. One of the bathroom was not clean. Everywhere else was new and clean. It took 3 days to come rectify the issues and it was a 5 day stay. The code on the door was accessible to the door man. He used 1234567 and had access. They never changed it my whole stay and said Dubai is safe so I shouldn't worry. Well I worried. On the positive the building is beautiful, the apartment is beautifully furnished and great views. There is a restaurant on the 14th floor! Awesome food for a discount, their breakfast was really nice. There is a 24/7 grocery at the entrance... Super convenient. If they rectify the few problems... It's an awesome place.

We were extremely delighted with our stay. Pauls place was extremely well stocked with all you could ever need and then some! Paul made us feel at home with each conversation. He was very accommodative of our requests, kind and went out of his way to help us secure a crib last minute. The villa is immaculate, very tastefully decorated with high quality accessories / things needed for your stay. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and has great shade for sitting along with a beautiful sounding water fountain. Rooms are big and stocked with towels and linen! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well lit and a delight to cook in. Lots of restaurants nearby for home delivery.

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

Very nice apartment on 53rd floor with amazing views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Private entrance to Dubai Mall. Great place!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Very good host. Attentive and friendly. The location is very good close to the marina and palm jumeirah. Very good view of the city, the apartment is on the 35th floor. Highly recommended

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.
