Our cottage, located in Percy-en-Normandie, offers in a wooded and enclosed park, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as a Queen size mattress on the mezzanine. The mezzanine is open to living room. The accommodation is suitable for 4/5 people (35 m2) We live in a house facing the accommodation. The grounds are completely enclosed. The indoor pool (10m x 5 dome) is accessible and heated from mid April to the end of September only. The pool is covered with an XXL shelter wifi + Netflix

Many activities if you are in search of nature, like the sea and the countryside, history, water sports, walking and mountain biking. Ideal also for teleworking. Everything is available for entertainment, in the cottage and on the property. The property is fully fenced.

It is a 10-minute drive from Granville with its shops and restaurants, 40 minutes from Mt Saint Michel and 1 hour 20 minutes from Saint Malo.

The residential park is equipped with a beautiful indoor swimming pool (open April-November), a children's playground, ping-pong tables, petanque and volleyball courts. The estate is located 10 minutes from Granville. During July–August, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.
