The city center with all the shops is 300 m walk and the beach is 8 minutes as well as the thalassotherapy center. Granville train station is a 15-minute walk away but you can take the free Neva bus lines. Mont Saint Michel is 46 km by car (also accessible by Nomad bus line 308)

South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbor which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

The inviting bedroom features a spacious queen-sized bed with neatly arranged white linens and soft towels. Natural light filters through a skylight, illuminating the wooden beams of the sloped ceiling. A small washbasin and a round mirror are situated in the corner.
