Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers wonderful walks along the water all year round. In under 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes, and some of the area's best ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day out in nature.

In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's other balcony has evening sun and views towards the city. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking.

Own private entrance and access to a large, beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the fields and the opportunity to follow the seasons up close. Parking right at the door in front of the house and with the option to lock in with a key box.

Beautiful apartment in Middelfart near a lovely beach

We have a lovely apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has a kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 smaller children. We are close to Vejlby Fed beach Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of 300 kr. or 40 euros. The bath can be used several times for the price. We would like to have a lighter cleaning upon departure. If guests do not want to clean themselves, they can choose to pay a cleaning fee of DKK 400.

I den hyggelige landsby Stenderup, i haven på Lystrupvej ligger denne hytte. Du har din egen bolig på 40 m2, super hyggeligt med eget køkken/stue, bad og soveværelse. Soveværelser med 2 enkeltsenge, Sovesofa til 2 børn, eller en voksen. Der er ikke inkluderet sengetøj og håndklæder. Stenderup er en hyggelig landsby, med købmand lige om hjørnet. Er du på ferie, er dette et perfekt udgangspunkt for at besøge Jylland. Centralt beliggende, tæt på Legoland, Lalandia, Giveskud safari park

Rural idyll

Ferielejlighed på 1. sal af vores nedlagte landejendom. Den er ca. 30m2. Her er dobbeltseng (160x200), lænestole, sofabord og TV. Spiseplads til 4 og et lille køkken med køl, frys, kogeplader, mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, elkedel mm. Samt et badeværelse med bruser. Lejligheden er aflåst til resten af boligen, og har sin egen tagterrasse hvorfra der også er egen indgang. Fri wifi. Vi har 2 fjordheste, høns, geder og en sød udekat. Leje af fold til medbragt hest muligt.

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The central city of Middelfart is only 7 minutes by car, and you can reach Odense en just 30 minutes. Billund and Legoland is 50 minutes away and Århus 1 hour.

City of Odense, is just 20 km away. Non-smoking house, and no pets. Remember to gring you own linens, bedsheets (1*160cm and 2*90 cm), towels and tea towels.
