Lovely annex with lots of options

Apartment of approx. 22m2 with loft, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with refrigerator and induction plates. The annex is located at an angle to the carport/tool shed and is in the garden. There are 4 beds, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/linens/towels/dishcloths are for free use. There is the possibility of borrowing a washing machine/dryer, and the greenhouse is for free use, however, together with the host couple. The home is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest and 8 km from Juelsminde.

Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. 50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Nice, cozy cottage close to Juelsminde town and harbor - also called 'Little Skagen'. Walking distance to shopping and Juelsminde center. Experience the cozy atmosphere around the marina with good restaurants, fish shops, ice cream parlors and specialty shops. The cottage is in an attractive area with 150 meters to the beach and 500 meters to the marina. Take the kids down to the marina and have crab races or play in the playground. Legoland and Lalandia are about 1 hour's drive.

Ferielejlighed på 1. sal af vores nedlagte landejendom. Den er ca. 30m2. Her er dobbeltseng (160x200), lænestole, sofabord og TV. Spiseplads til 4 og et lille køkken med køl, frys, kogeplader, mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, elkedel mm. Samt et badeværelse med bruser. Lejligheden er aflåst til resten af boligen, og har sin egen tagterrasse hvorfra der også er egen indgang. Fri wifi. Vi har 2 fjordheste, høns, geder og en sød udekat. Leje af fold til medbragt hest muligt.
