There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor grill (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a refrigerator, and a gas stove/cooking area. There are plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery. There are also frying pans and pots. There is no running water, so we fill water jugs with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes. Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the fjord . The house is located close to Pulpit Rock that it takes 10 minutes by car from apartment ,and 15 minutes to Lyse Fjord that you can get ferry to Kjerag. To get to Cozy Landscape House from Stavanger, it takes 20 minutes by car . In the side of the House there is a free private parking .

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.
