Depending on the ever-changing light, the garden and the house have a lot of colors. Bamboo swaying in the wind, the sound of the water falling in the pond, and the birds that often come to hang out. You can see it. We have designed the space to feel the comfort and beauty of nature. In particular, healing materials have been designed to close to nature. During the day, the brightness and atmosphere of the house are determined by the weather by natural light. In the evening, it helps you get the night vibe, most indirect lights up, so you'll feel comfortable and calm.

Traditional Hanok Dongchonjae (for 1 team only/free breakfast/free parking)

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae is recognized as a traditional hanok by the City of Seoul and the government (Korea Tourism Organization). Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 toilets (inside: shower available, outside: difficulty showering), Numaru and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. (※ The love house is a space that is different from the main house where guests stay in, and it is a completely separate space) Feel the tranquil beauty and scent of traditional hanok at Dongchonjae, an urban healing shelter. A refreshing stay-place prepared for guests looking for a quiet, tranquil day in a busy, sophisticated metropolitan area, perfect for a seasonal stroll. Houjae is made of relaxing and comforting spaces. Please refrain from parties and events. And at the end of the way is a steep uphill slope. Mini Hanok located 5 minutes from Anguk Station Line 3 is the starting point of Bukchon Hanok Village. The mini hanok is located in a very quiet place, but if you walk for more than a minute you will find many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 minutes on foot to Changdeok Palace and 10 minutes on foot to Gyeongbok Palace. Nearby are Jongmyo and Unhyeongung Palace. You can also go to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun at once if you take the 151 and 162 blue buses.
