Cowrie shell apartments is top rated at the coast on TripAdvisor and my studio has an airbnb 4.5 rating. The facility can accommodate three guests and is tastefully furnished with hard wood Swahili furniture and original oil paintings. There is a gym and great restaurant on site and the sandy beach is fronting the establishment.

There are many local entertainment spots within walking distance and the supermarket (Naivas) and grocery shops are next door. The place is easily accessible by public transport. Bamburi beach is 3km away and you can enjoy the breeze on the white sandy beaches easily whenever you wish to do so.
