Suitable for 1-2 families, 140 cm sofa bed + bunk bed in one bedroom and 160 cm bed + bunk bed in the other. Dining area for 6-8 people with fully-equipped kitchen! Sauna/shower/washing machine/dryer. TV in all rooms. Bring your own bed linens and towels or rent - notify us beforehand. Cleaning can be purchased, otherwise impeccable cleaning is performed before moving out.

The house is located close to a lake with fishing possibilities (pike and perch). You can rent a boat from us in the summer. The forrest is surrounding the house so you can easily go for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms, and you are only a few hundred meters to a ski resort for skiing and renting snowmobiles.

Cozy guest accommodation in a detached garage building. 500 meters to the bus stop that takes you to central Luleå in 20 minutes. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby Hospital and Sunderby Railway Station. The sauna is in the yard and can be used on certain occasions. Use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.
