Great! super cute little apartment, perfect for spending a weekend in the countryside as a couple. The kitchen also had everything you need. And briefly we had problems understanding how the TV works and Dietmar helped us immediately and we could still watch the ESC:) In addition, you have a small sweet garden with a table and armchairs, so you can even have breakfast around greenery, etc. So everything is great, there is a clear recommendation from us!

We are a family of 5 with young children and we stayed at Monika’s place for 8 days in April while visiting relatives - it was simply amazing for every person in our family. There was a small play room for the kids with toys and books, 3 big bedrooms with lots of storage space to unpack, comfortable beds, a huge lounge room, a lovely kitchen with all utensils and amenities provided, washing machine and 2 toilets (1 separate and 1 in a huge bathroom). The wooden dining room had so much character, we loved to eat there in the mornings and look out onto the internal courtyard. The house is secure, and it is behind some lockable security doors leading onto the street. Plenty of street parking. Walkable distance to many good restaurants. Short drive to villages along the Neusiedlersee. About a 50min drive to Vienna centre. Thankyou to Monika for hosting us, it was truly a wonderful stay!

Everything as described. Only the lake is almost everywhere only accessible via the beach. Therefore, much more than 3 minutes to the lake. That would be a straight line. And in the apartment, night lights would be absolutely necessary. You can't read a book in bed, for example, except with the ceiling lighting😉. And not have to grope your way to the toilet in the dark at night. Otherwise, everything was fine.
