Isabelle’s place was very comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the terrace and beautiful private garden. Supermarket and a couple of good boulangeries within a few metres. Train station not far.

Amazing thoughtful host with a very efficiently spaced appartement

We loved our stay in Amelie’s apartment. It is a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was just like you see in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including loads of food supplies), there was a gorgeous little balcony (it was too hot when we were there to sit out but it would be fabulous in cooler weather). As I said, it was very hot when we were there. The apartment was warm but with the plug in fans it was fine. Amelie was the best host ever. Very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the shower (not her fault - the boiler broke for all the flats in the building due to the heat!) she was responsive and apologetic and let us know as soon as it was sorted. There are supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries out on the main street about 5 minutes away. Metro also about a 5 minute walk Most of all, it just feels very Parisian - the opposite to staying in some sort of boring chain hotel.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Laurent’s place was in a great location when you don’t want to stay right in Paris, but it is easy to get to Paris. Metro is just a short walk away and pretty easy to check in, check out, and it was very nice to get the french experience. I would stay here again!

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only downside was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

Such the perfect apartment for a stay in Paris! It was well-positioned on the metro/RER and well- stocked with anything we might need. Super clean. Our favorite part was the peaceful balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed each night.

Accommodation perfectly consistent with the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully fenced courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia info about the place. We recommend it +++

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

A clean, well equipped and soothing cocoon Really great stay in this home located in a quiet and relaxing area, perfect for blowing while staying close to Paris. We felt right at home thanks to impeccable cleanliness and ultra complete equipment: towels, bath products, dishes, functional kitchen, washing machine, and even a piano for mop artists — the detail that makes all the difference. The accommodation is well thought out, well maintained, and ideal for a few days. Only small downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle if you have a large vehicle (as was the case for us), so it's better to anticipate or come in a smaller model if possible. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Responsive host, serene atmosphere, and a real sense of comfort. A place that I'd recommend without a second thought, and where I'd be happy to come back.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We traveled as a family to Paris and spent a week. We were in 3 different properties, and. The only place we were able to rest as if we were at home was Patrick's property. The location and property are perfect for families. Patrick was very attentive and cordial, a true 1000-star host. The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
