Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The studio is cozy and comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is full of life and movement, showing a more authentic side of the city. It's easy to get to downtown Paris. I'd come back.

I already knew Vitry Sur Seine, and I recommend it to everyone to spend a few days in Paris without spending a lot. It is very quiet and close to Paris, its inhabitants are friendly and cordial.

Everything was great at Ferdinand’s home, and he was a great host.

The stay was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We stayed only one night and felt very good. Geraldine is exceptional. She always responded quickly and was always concerned about our comfort. He arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, was concerned about our late arrival and also arranged some grocery items that were essential. I highly recommend it!

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. A very large, airy flat. It was easy to find, the host was very helpful and responsive to our enquiries. The beautiful Bella the dog was a great extra!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

I would like to thank Margo and Mathieu very much for this beautiful apartment. We stayed there for a month without any problems. They always responded promptly to our messages and even left breakfast items. The place is quiet, with shopping malls, a library, a swimming pool, and many other amenities nearby. I really appreciate your kindness and I would highly recommend this house.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I should also mention that the apartment is completely. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite an unforeseen event on our part, I would recommend it 100%.
