I went with my fiancé to Joinville to take a course, we stayed a weekend. The reception was super quiet and polite, explained everything right and made us feel at ease. The environment has everything and is super cozy. We love it and recommend it

Simply impeccable! Jane's house is wonderful, spacious, very cozy! The rooms are well distributed, the whole house is very well equipped, we didn't feel like we were missing anything! The common areas of the house are great, spacious and excellent for a good barbecue and meals together. Jane is one of the best hosts I've ever met here, attentive, extremely kind, and welcomed us with great affection. I have no doubt that we will always return to Joinville to this very special house

The house is really cozy, the kitchen very well equipped, the bedding, table and bath linen available were clean and smelling, the beds were comfortable, the wifi sign was very good, the region where the house is located and very good, with easy access and Karen, as well as her mother, were always very requested. 🙏🏽🙏🏽😊

It was a wonderful 3-month stay, a great location, a calm and quiet place, local shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The hosts were very helpful, I have two more months here in Joinville, I would definitely stay in their accommodation but we had a problem with the entire floor of the apartment, unfortunately due to what happened I could not renew my stay due to the renovation, I recommend and indicate.

The apartment is beautiful and space. The environments are very comfortable and spacious. The bed, table and bath items are beautiful and of good quality. Good shower. Good bed. It's a great place to stay.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

Clean and well organized place. There was everything I needed in the kitchen. Quiet place, no noise. Easy communication with the hosts and they were willing to resolve any issues. I was very well attended to and welcomed.

Not to mention that we don't have to worry about carrying a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. We loved our stay! Fernando was extremely helpful from start to finish. The house is wonderful, very well-equipped, and has everything we need. It faces the sea, in a place that conveys indescribable peace. The condominium is very well located, close to Beto Carrero and other tourist cities in the region. We recommend with eyes closed! In addition, the house is very cozy even on the coldest days. We definitely want to come back at a future opportunity.

Accommodation exactly as shown in the photos! Full kitchen, with all the necessary utensils! Local was clean and organized. New apartment and building, with all leisure area available and facing the sea. They provide a blanket and all bed and bath linens. Close to Beto Carrero (approx. 20 min) and easy to access.

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late night arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic device to exit the tower, which required contact with the concierge for clearance — something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the location.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
