Great Space, the property is in a quiet neighborhood, with commercial establishments such as a supermarket, drugstore and others very close by. The apartment is very good, very well maintained and clean, check-in was very easy, communication with Geerleson and Paulo was very good, check-out was very flexible, anyway. I know Joinville very well and the next few times I go to the city, I'll definitely go back to the same place.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

Ramon's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It's a very nice space, well decorated and extremely cozy. The condominium and its surroundings are quiet. There is a supermarket, restaurants and pharmacies just a few steps away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo's apartment. It has an excellent structure, an excellent location in the center of Joinville, with many restaurants, nearby markets and easy access to the city's leisure. We'll definitely be back in the future!

the parking space needs to be relaxed (in the haha location some other of the available condominium) and also the way to take control of the portei from the garage is bad, because there is no parking on the street…

We had a great stay! The location is perfect and the apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need to feel right at home. Communication with hosts was impeccable, always quick to respond and super responsive. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and practical stay. I'll definitely be back!

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!

The accommodation with Tais was very quiet. I was always at your disposal to resolve some questions that appeared. The house was clean, well-equipped and protected.

My family and I loved the accommodation, Eliane is always attentive and responds quickly, clean, organized place, easy access to markets and pharmacy within walking distance, there is little far from the beach, about 10 min walk, a suggestion for improvement: it would be to put a Wi-Fi amplifier in the rooms next to the barbecue. We'll be back more often.

An Excellent accommodation: well-organized, clean, cozy, air-conditioned, with everything needed to spend a few days with peace of mind and close to everything: supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, restaurants and beaches. It has private, well-secured parking, in a quiet street close to several beaches. By car, the beaches that are farther away, I did not take more than 10 minutes to arrive and refresh myself for hours with my family. The hostess is very polite, helpful and tells us what's around for us to be well situated. Returning to this city is an excellent choice for staying in.

The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Access to the river is very easy and the entire area of the house is very well fenced, which gives you the security to let the children play freely. We really enjoyed the barbecue area and the very well-planned wood stove. The area is scenic and the tour is worth it. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to all messages, was very transparent with other information and kind with the flexibility of check-in and check-out times. Tip: Put a volleyball net on the lawn and a game room on the third floor. We will definitely be back and recommend the property.

Amanda is super attentive , provided us with all the necessary information,we rented last minute and arrived the last hour of the night and still it was not a problem ,on the last day I let us leave after 17h,which allowed us to take more of a day of beach and give us afterwards ! We will be back for sure ♥️ an unforgettable family weekend
