Vacation rentals with lake access in Joinville

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises over the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and crabs, it was a very cool experience to fish as a family and prepare what we caught for the meal. In the back there is a beautiful tree with a swing, a bench in the shade and a dock, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie who love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing overlooking the pond, which you could see them playing even while we prepared meals. At night, lamps add an even more special charm to the scenery and allow you to continue enjoying it. Well-equipped kitchen and other amenities serve the stay very well. We had very precious moments in this house, with beautiful and very happy days as a family. The host was very attentive and helpful in all matters.

Super well-equipped house and an excellent view! We went in the winter, but I want to go back in the summer to enjoy it even more. Super spacious rooms, barbecue, pizza oven, everything is delicious :) The only thing that could improve a little is the showers, there is little water.

Very beautiful place, quiet and secluded space, but close enough to the center. The house has plenty of space inside and out, with a wonderful backyard overlooking the lagoon, and on the other side the beach just a few steps away. Alberto is attentive and responds quickly, we will definitely return.

Our stay at Marcílio's site was wonderful! I made a special trip with my 5-year-old son to ride the Enxaimel Route and enjoy the quiet of the place. The site is spacious, with a great pool, and provided us with very relaxing moments — we sleep super well every night. My son was delighted by feeding the birds and playing outdoors. Pomerode is also an excellent destination for kids, with attractions such as the Zoo, Vila Encantada, the tram ride and Osterfest. In addition, the city has amazing restaurants. We felt very welcome and there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend for sure!

We had a great stay. Everything as shown in the photos, organized, clean and very well-kept house. The hosts are very kind and flexible. We are already planning a new stay at the house. Excellent. See you next time!

Great place to relax

My family was very well received by Edna, who even helped us to get extra places for the car. The accommodation is the same as the images, cozy and spacious. We highly recommend it and hope to come back more often.

An unforgettable experience! The view is simply breathtaking, especially in the late afternoon, when the mist descends from the mountains and covers everything around, creating the magical feeling of being in the clouds. The chalet is carefully prepared to offer the comfort and hospitality worthy of a high-end hotel. The entire team and especially the host — are to be congratulated for the attention, dedication and care in every detail.

Accommodation according to photos, with Alexa, ocean view, with good cooking utensils and many food options around and around and around the corner the Miguel restaurant (best of the region, I recommend). It was a super pleasant and cozy stay!

If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can have a peaceful time inside the condominium. It is a delight to sleep every day with the sound of the sea and wake up looking at the sea. We love our weekend! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean, fragrant bed linen (including the blankets), towels available, kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Two puppies were nearby and were very kind! We just don't recommend it for those who have an adventurous dog and who like to escape, haha

The place and the house are beautiful in the midst of nature! The very kind and attentive hosts. Close to markets, bakeries and tourist attractions. It was great for our pets who loved the grounds. It was a very special time. We'll be back soon.

Staying at Recanto Kuglin was a wonderful experience. The place is at the foot of magnificent mountains. Wherever you look, there's a breathtaking view. The house is well-equipped, charming, you feel like you're on the farm and taking a trip to the past. Everything is very neat, clean, organized and comfortable. Barbecue, wood-burning stove and great internet connection. The location is easy to access, the road is great, with asphalt all along the road and the unpaved part is very well maintained. It's super close to downtown Pomerode. With many excellent options nearby for food, grocery stores and attractions for sightseeing. The hospitality of Henrique, Guilherme and his wife is another surprise! Very dear, polite and caring! They always kept in touch, being very attentive. Another surreal experience is the animals on the property! Sheep, oxen, cows, and wild animals such as monkeys and birds that occasionally appear. All of them are tame. We went home already sure we'd be back!

This was our second time at the house, and the feeling is always the same: care, affection and hospitality in every detail. The house is impeccable — everything is very clean, well cared for and smells good, as always! It's a place where we feel very good, and we love to come back. Many thanks for everything! The accommodation was great! The site is much more beautiful than in the pictures. It was all very clean and organized. The house is simple but very well taken care of. Communication with Fran was excellent, always quick and very helpful. We went as a family to celebrate 3 birthdays and they had the kindness to leave us a cake, with a card and a candle. We took a tobata ride, where the kids had a great time. The highlight of the place is the fishing ponds and especially the chicken coop... That was the best place, according to our children, lol. They ran to get the eggs when the chickens crowed. We have wonderful family moments!
