We offer you a beautiful cottage in complete privacy surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in Malé Kyšice with a large garden, a stream lining the garden and a sauna. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor where there is a spacious double bed. There is also a living room and a dining room. One person can sleep on the leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Our property is located in Friedrichswalde, a village in Saxon Switzerland. There is a very good connection to Highway 17. (Driving time to Dresden city center 15 - 20 minutes, Prague 80 minutes). Attractions such as the national park or the city of Pirna, as well as restaurants and a supermarket can be reached in a few minutes by car. The place is suitable for couples, friends, but also solo travelers are welcome.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation.
