Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Johnstown

Peter has a nice private suite that perfectly fit my solo trip to Fort Collins. I wasn't around much during the day, but the bed was comfortable, the den area was spacious, and the full kitchen with a toaster oven is very convenient. Would stay here again!

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

This was a nice clean place to stay and very comfortable! it had everything we needed and Stacy was super helpful at all times.

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

We are thrilled to find this beautiful place right in our local neighborhood. Our condo is small and we plan to have many visitors so will definitely be booking stays at Yvette's for friends and family. Almost hesitant to recommend so highly for fear they will be all booked up.

This cute little place is just as described. Cozy, comfortable and within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants of downtown Loveland. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely love to stay here again!!

Your home worked perfect for 3 of us, co workers. The basement is almost a full apartment of its own with the washer and dryer. The up stairs bath is connected to the a hallway and directlt to a bedroom with a lockable, sliding door.. Worked fine for us, but worth noting. We enjoyed the back deck, basketball hoop! Great home, great location! Thank you!

Game House, This was our first time doing air B&B. We were in town to say good bye to my MIL and so was a very stressful time. This was an amazing place! Loved it and felt so comfortable and my adult sons loved the game room. We were able to have family come visit, had privacy and comfort. Had everything you would need in a home from cooking needs to toiletries. Nice TP, not tissue thin like some hotels do, too great shampoo/conditioners, body wash supplied, cozy beds, fabulous pillows and great linens. I fell in love with the king bed down stairs! Adjustable and massage, oh my goodness it was a great surprise. Though I would have liked a tv in downstairs bedroom, it wasn’t a deal breaker. 🙂 High end feel and worth every penny. Would highly recommend and definitely come back! I rate this A+++++ Thank you for a fabulous get away place. The Krueger family!

My siblings and I booked Hannah’s AirBnB while our dad had emergency surgery. If anyone needs to know, the UC Health center is just 10 mins away! Hannah’s home was so spacious! If I ever come back with our kids, it would be the perfect place for large families because there’s so much space. Additionally, it was super clean! You would never know it’s pet-friendly because there wasn’t any pet hair or pet odors at all. Speaking of pets, at the last minute, by brother-in-law came down to see my dad and had to bring their dogs. I was so thankful Hannah’s home was pet-friendly; that hadn’t even been on my filter when I searched. And gratefully, when I messaged and asked if it was ok to add one more person and two well-behaved dogs, they didn’t hesitate to welcome them. So hospitable! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is a haven with a beautiful landscape and a hot tub, and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend Hannah’s home!

Great and very accommodating

We stayed with extended family and everyone had room to gather or spread out… whatever we felt like. We also had plenty of entertaining space when local family stopped over. The house amenities were so amazing that our kids didn’t want to leave and barely wanted to go outside to enjoy the beautiful weather! The private setting was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

This rental is fantastic! Close to town, but a peaceful quiet retreat. The house is immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck with the propane firepit and watching the sunset. Bonus were the chickens that entertained us! Our son has lived in Ft. Collins for 7 years and this was hands down the best rental we have ever had in Fort Collins. Can't wait to return.

Darin's communication was top notch and I felt like he truly cares about his guests. The house had everything you could need and more. We were able to spend a little time in the hot tub, which was a nice added bonus.

I would definitely stay there again. I felt safe, it was easy to find what I needed from this accessible location.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Beautiful place near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Location was very convenient for us . Apartment was well equipped: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

We have stayed at Josh’s condo for the past several years, and we hope to continue this trend. Josh is an excellent host and this property is just about right for us. Location is great, within walkable distance to Old Town and a 10 minute ride to our daughter’s home. The kitchen is well -stocked and easy to use, and the entire unit simply feels comfortable to us. We always look first for Josh’s place when we begin our planning our annual trip to Fort Collins.
