PLEASE READ ALL: This is not your typical rental! It’s created for family fun and up to 6-8 guests. This 1,800 sq. ft. home is located on Johnson City’s east side, just minutes from Jonesborough, ETSU, the Med-Tech corridor and Bristol, baby! Comfort was our primary consideration with thoughtfully selected brand-new mattresses, furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. This house is equipped for FUN with a pool table, air hockey, ping-pong, and video arcade. HVAC system was replaced in July 2025.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk downtown or it’s a short drive to ETSU, Buffalo Mountain Park, Boone Lake, and more! Patio includes sunny and shady sides and enclosed middle (with outdoor movie). Master includes a mini kitchen with refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, crock pot, single burner electric cooktop, etc.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

We love this location because it is so close to where we work, live and play. The blue and gold décor theme is inspired by our love for the ETSU campus and community. The condo is located less than a minute drive from campus where you can attend a Broadway play at the ETSU Martin Center or cheer on the football team at Greene Stadium. If you would rather head downtown, check out the local shops and restaurants. So many great outdoor and indoor attractions just minutes away!
