Originally created as a writer's retreat, the cabin is built from reclaimed materials. It has a fire ring, a sleeping loft with a ladder, an outdoor kitchen, a composting toilet, and an outdoor camping shower. Use it as a base for exploring the Southern Tier and the Finger Lakes, or just rest and have coffee and enjoy the woods.

This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Tucked Inn is a totally remodeled house in a quiet country setting. The pond offers swimming, a dock, pedal boat and fishing. The sunroom has a sauna for 2. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Welcome to your home away from home. This bright colourful home in Binghamton New York, is Ryan's childhood home. Built by his Poppa in 1973. We purchased the house in 2021, and had a cosmetic remodel. The house is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022. We're thrilled to share it with you. Fun fact: the home is only 4 miles away from SUNY B's main campus & 5 miles from the SUNY Community College.

A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!
