Lovely stay with stunning views and great facilities. Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Little bit of a drive to other amenities so come prepared but a good middle ground to explore local sites.

The cottage is just as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable, very charming. Only stayed one night. Sorry we didn’t plan to stay longer.

A wonderful place to relax after enjoying all that the area has to offer - comfortable, great views, with all the necessary amenities. Tanya is a great host - responsive and eager to help.

A magical place nestled in the rainforest but near the beach, a wonderful view- we just sat with a cuppa and our puppy in the porch watching the ducks- Very peaceful- if you are after something quiet, intimate, and with amazing views, this is the place- close drive 5 minutes to town for food. Will book it again !!!!!

Thank you Alex, our holiday exceeded all my expectations! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the beach and a short drive into Apollo Bay. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!

Great stay here. Trust what you read under Bohdan’s management. He’s a great host. The cottage is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything you need - very practical design. Well equiped and clean which was a highlight after staying in many grotty, sticky places with a lot of everything you don’t need. Bohdan asked for feedback as to what the cottage might need and I can’t think of anything - it’s all there 👍.

Rickie-Lee's place was clean and was fully stocked with amenities and things we could use to make our stay great. We made full use of the BBQ and fire pit. Beds were really comfy and the house was well insulated which would be great for the colder months.

Had a lovely stay over the anzac weekend. Beautiful view of the valleys and surrounding forest. Had some friendly visitors; cockatoos, kangaroos and a possum! Accommodation was very neat and tidy, and there was plenty of wood in the wood box which made our weekend very cosy by the fire. Only 5 minute drive to town so loved the location.

Joanne's place was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Very helpful and even lit the fire for us before arrival. Very much enjoyed our stay.

My family loved our stay. Accommodation was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Great for the kids to play in a safe a secure house. Short walk to the shops and beach which was perfect for us. I would love to book another stay and would highly recommend Terry’s house to friends and family.

Eloise’s cottage is located on the main street in Forrest, extremely easy to find, and the check in was a breeze. Everything you needed was provided. It was an extremely cold, rainy night when we arrived. There’s no heating in the rooms, toilet and kitchen, but there was a warm and cosy fireplace in the living room. Heated blankets were sufficient to keep warm. Overall it was an wonderful experience going off the grid for two nights. Thank you!

A great spot to relax, we really enjoyed the wood heater on the colder days and nights. The property was well maintained and very very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has good access to the many walking and cycling trails.

We had a great stay at Kat’s place. The cottage is well set up, roomy, centrally located (though still quiet) and was spotlessly clean. There are a lot of great eating places a short walk away. Also appreciated being able to check in a little earlier. Thanks again Kat - would definitely recommend your place to family and friends.

Thank you for creating such a lovely space Amy & Mick. We found the house had all that we needed and more and was very comfy and peaceful. We loved the wood fire and the heated floor in the bathroom! Bring able to have our dog with us also was great.

We wanted a peaceful trip with solitude and this place delivers that in spades. The view is amazing! The accom is clean, the bathroom is very modern and spacious, and the kitchen is perfect for our needs. The cabin's location was quite exposed to the wind, but it is so airtight and insulated, we just heard the wind but didnt feel the chills. Unfortunately the weather was too cold for my fragile body to sit on the lovely deck to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset views.

This place was wonderful. It was a wintery couple of days for the Great Ocean Road running event, but it suits the place perfectly! The place is very cosy and warm & we loved every minute of it. Watch out for the big kangaroos on the drive up! Next time, including some extra brekky food would be great. Thank you for having us :)

Wilhe’s place was perfect for a long cosy weekend away on a rainy weekend. Only a short drive into Apollo Bay but felt so peaceful in the mountains amongst the trees. We loved the wood fire, the comfy bed and just felt that the space had everything we needed - including umbrellas. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place to stay, super peaceful and quiet. Far enough way from busy areas but only less than 5 minutes to any main shops, cafes or the beach. Loved how clean the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were. Definitely recommend looking through their travel guide and to stargaze on the bean bags in the front garden. Absolutely beautiful :)

Lovely having fresh milk in the fridge and Eggs for next day. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Most of all host responded so quickly to our questions. Chocolate snack was the best pick me up after a day of travelling.

Sharon’s place was peaceful private and had beautiful lush green surroundings. The house is cozy clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable, clean linen and towels. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy with lots of firewood. The property feels remote even though it’s just 20 mins from Apollo bay. and having no Wi-Fi or phone reception made it feel like a really peaceful getaway. We had fun exploring the property playing board games by the fire swinging on the swing outside and making pizzas in the wood fired pizza oven.

Excellent location, two minute drive to Port Campbell and great base to explore the coast. Excellent for kids with space to run around and play. The adjacent 'cabin' is well separated but you are aware that they are there, so something to consider. 2/3 rooms are air conditioned but the position on the hill plus ceiling fans means it's highly manageable. Very professional host - house was spotless and very well appointed. Thanks Olivia!

Really comfy and cozy cottage feel, with all the amenities of home. Beautiful botanical gardens and friendly staff (Margaret) at the visitor information centre. Close to mount Leura and walkable to town. Also only 50 minutes drive to the great ocean road. Would highly recommend.
