From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
