Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jiménez

The farm was cute and a nice addition after being at El Yunque all day. We were able to shower and walk over to grab a pizza and some drinks and take a stroll on the farm. The hammock was nice to lay in at night and listen to the sounds of nature around us. The outside bathroom is larger than the one inside and also has warm water so I suggest that shower if you do not want to be cold. Cristina accommodated a late check-in since our flight was delayed and ensured we had plenty of lighting and that the place was nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!

The house was amazing! Can see the rain forest with the birds talking in the morning and the frogs talking in thru the evening. Great place to unwind after adventures close by

The stay was easy from start to finish. The host was available & responsive to all communication. The smart home features were a convenient surprise. I would stay as this home again.

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

The place was exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. Amenities for everyone in the group. There was no getting board at this place. The outside kitchen and pool area was a huge plus. We enjoyed every bit of this house. Hosts were extremely helpful and answered within minutes when we had any questions or concerns. This will definitely be our place of choice whenever we return to Puerto Rico!!! Recommend 100%!

Casa de Primo is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning views, and thoughtful details throughout the home. The saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, and private pickleball courts made it feel like our own personal resort. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, being so close to El Yunque and the beach was a huge bonus. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and clearly take pride in creating a top-notch experience for their guests. You can feel the love and care they’ve poured into the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—already planning our next trip back. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was comfortable and clean, though it was a bit tricky to find at first. Once I got there, everything was perfect. There was a small issue with the bathroom when I arrived, but the host was super responsive and took care of it quickly. They also replied to all my questions promptly, which made the experience much easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was beautiful with breathtaking views. The host was really friendly, helpful, he was very polite and made our stay like home. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

The place was clean and organized, in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood . The split unit AC in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The place is nicely typical of a real Puerto Rico home environment. The local beaches and restaurants are easy to get to, and the location is nicely not touristy. Communication and friendliness of the hosts were also 5 star. Would stay again.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Robert was great throughout the whole process, being very accommodating and understanding and on top of a lot of concerns and potential issues. He warned about minor issues with the lighting and the relatively minor difficulty of the door opening/closing, and he usually answered well and promptly, either throught the platform or a text or call. He also had his neighbor available to help with suggestions, though that was not as easily accessible/took a bit of extra initiative since we didn't have their number except when they were already outside. The fire extinguisher was concerningly empty and smoke detectors were missing from rooms except possibly main room, so that was concerning. But as soon as I pointed it out, he ordered a fire extinguisher for the next day and even offered to refund me for buying one and for a smoke alarm, so I feel that he went above and beyond to the extent that he could on this. Overall, the place was great-so was he even- if not fancy& close to event venue

I was so happy to find a place right on the beach. Beach is quiet which is always a plus for me. Natalia was very helpful in sending me suggestions of places to go and the best restaurants. Her home is clean and beautiful! Exactly what we needed. We cant wait to return!

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

The apartment was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, very spacious apartment and very clean. They provided tanning lotions, aloe Vera, antibacterial, a notebook of activities and spices for cooking.

Second time staying here. Still a fantastic space! Great pool and easy beach access. And the views are unbeatable. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is nice and clean. There are so many little extras like 3 cold water bottles in the fridge, a snack bar, beach chairs, coolers, board games. The A/C works really well in the rooms. Very helpful and detailed check-in instructions. There is a pool that stays open until 11pm (and security will ask you to leave if it is after that time). The beach is a short walk to the back of the complex. The beach is nice to look at during sunset, but has a lot of debris on the sand and the water is also too dirty to get in. The mosquitoes bite and you can't stay on the beach without OFF bug spray. It is a short drive to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, and also El Yunque National Park. Overall very pleased and glad we stayed here!

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

Very clean and spacious condo. Every room was decorated so nicely. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. Felt like home! Moises was very responsive with the few questions we had once we arrived in PR. Thanks again for providing my family with a beautiful, peaceful stay for our vacation.
