Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Robert was great throughout the whole process, being very accommodating and understanding and on top of a lot of concerns and potential issues. He warned about minor issues with the lighting and the relatively minor difficulty of the door opening/closing, and he usually answered well and promptly, either throught the platform or a text or call. He also had his neighbor available to help with suggestions, though that was not as easily accessible/took a bit of extra initiative since we didn't have their number except when they were already outside. The fire extinguisher was concerningly empty and smoke detectors were missing from rooms except possibly main room, so that was concerning. But as soon as I pointed it out, he ordered a fire extinguisher for the next day and even offered to refund me for buying one and for a smoke alarm, so I feel that he went above and beyond to the extent that he could on this. Overall, the place was great-so was he even- if not fancy& close to event venue

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort! It was peaceful, private, and had everything we needed—fully equipped kitchen, comfy queen bed, spacious shower, and even a balcony with stunning views of the golf course and ocean. The shuttle made it easy to get to the beach, bars, and restaurants, and the resort amenities like the golf course, tennis courts, and beach club were a great bonus. It’s also super close to El Yunque, which was a must-see! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the host was friendly, helpful, and full of great local tips. We’ll definitely be back!

The unit was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and having 3 full sized beds was such a plus! The bathroom in the main bedroom wasn’t something I noticed in the listing and was a nice surprise. Our host was very responsive and check in was very simple. I would definitely recommend.

The stay was easy from start to finish. The host was available & responsive to all communication. The smart home features were a convenient surprise. I would stay as this home again.

Casa de Primo is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning views, and thoughtful details throughout the home. The saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, and private pickleball courts made it feel like our own personal resort. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, being so close to El Yunque and the beach was a huge bonus. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and clearly take pride in creating a top-notch experience for their guests. You can feel the love and care they’ve poured into the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend Casa de Primo to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a touch of paradise!

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

We had a fantastic experience at this AirBnb! Kaitlin was amazing and very communicative throughout the stay. The property was beautiful and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning in each room worked well and cooled everything down quickly, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked! The veranda had a beautiful view and the property was so fun to explore! We enjoyed cooking out by the pool and all the wonderful fragrances from the trees! Though the hot water went out, Kaitlin was incredibly quick to respond and we had it back within 5 minutes! I would highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind a few back roads to get to an amazingly beautiful location that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a rainforest while only being about 10 minutes from several restaurants and a grocery store.

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

The apartment was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, very spacious apartment and very clean. They provided tanning lotions, aloe Vera, antibacterial, a notebook of activities and spices for cooking.

Second time staying here. Still a fantastic space! Great pool and easy beach access. And the views are unbeatable. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. Very clean and spacious condo. Every room was decorated so nicely. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. Felt like home! Moises was very responsive with the few questions we had once we arrived in PR. Thanks again for providing my family with a beautiful, peaceful stay for our vacation.
